He has recently been awarded Best Male Solo Artist (2021) by the Central Pennsylvania Music Awards. His music, from eight full length CDs, plays nationally on college and community Folk and Americana radio. Andrade’s version of the Talking Heads song ”This Must Be The Place” was included in the 2012 European film drama of the same title starring Sean Penn and Frances McDormand.
